The PartyBingo.com British Red Cross Fundraiser
During March, we promised to make a donation to the British Red Cross based on how many PartyPoints players collected during the period. Now that the donation has been received, we’d like to share a letter and certificate The British Red Cross have kindly sent to PartyBingo.com acknowledging and thanking our players’ support.

On behalf of the British Red Cross I would like to thank you for Party Bingo’s donation of £10,000. Your support is greatly appreciated and really will help make a huge difference to the lives of those facing crisis both in the UK and overseas.
The British Red Cross meets the needs of vulnerable people and communities across the UK. With the support of over 35,000 volunteers we provide care and relief to thousands of people affected by emergencies, from fires and floods to major incidents.
Recently, 15 year old Mitchell Holmes saved his father’s life following a heart attack, thanks to his Red Cross first aid training. He immediately started to give his stricken father cardio- pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) treatment, which helped keep him alive until paramedics arrived.
Mitchell said: “When I saw what was happening, instinct took over. Since I’d taken two Red Cross first aid courses, at school and with the army cadets, it was all quite fresh in my mind. I didn’t feel scared at the time – I just knew what I had to do.”
As part of the world’s largest humanitarian network – the International Red Cross and the Red Crescent Movement – the British Red Cross also provides assistance during times of International crisis.
When cyclone Sidr hit Bangladesh in mid November, thousands of homes were washed away and more than 5.5 million people were affected. The British Red Cross distributed essential emergency items to help people rebuild their homes, it also deployed medical units to assist those in need and a livelihoods specialist to assess recovery needs of those communities affected by the cyclone.
Without the generosity of supporters such as Party Bingo’s our life saving work would not be possible. Thanks to donations such as yours, we are able to respond immediately to help vulnerable people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are.
