The overseers of the state Lottery were under fire as a jilted potential contractor sued them over their failure to implement a bingo pilot program.
The startup firm, Bingo Innovative Software LLC, claims that state Treasurer Tim Cahill and Lottery Executive Director Mark Cavanagh steered lottery work to a politically connected company, Scientific Games.
